Did Pakistan Made Taliban?

Basically, it is nOt True that Pakistan had made the Talibans but we can say that Pakistan get them to the main stream.

After the end of Soviet Union from Afganistan in 1991.The Game of throne begain to start in Afghanistan.There were several groups there who claimed that they are the leaders of Afghanistan as whole.
One side,there were tajiks and on the other side there were pashtuns.
The Tajik leaders were Burhanuddin Rabbani and Ahmed Shah Masood, who was defense minister of Burhanuddin Rabbani at that time.
The Pushtuns leaders were Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and his allie Abdul Rasheed Dostum.
Because of Soviet Departure, there were alot of weapons, that remains there in Afganistan, which Americans gave them to fight agianst Soviet union and weapons which are catched from soviet soldiers after defeat.
Both the rivals use these weapons against each other in the fight in order to reach the throne.
During the fight, Burhanuddin Rabbani and Ahmed Shah Masood with their soldiers beat the pashtun allies.
Afghanistan was divided at that time. There were several warlords there.No rule of law.Check Points of armed pashtuns. robbers etc.
In Pakistan,benazir bhutto was the prime minister and at that time Pakistan was facing serious economic problems.Americans end their Annuly aid to Pakistan because of Presseler amendment.Deal of F-16 fighter jets was jamed.Pakistan already give them(Americans) the amount of $1billion in the deal of F-16 jets.
At that time Pakistan has decided in the leadership Benazir Bhutto to open new trade routes in order to cover up the economic problems.Pakistan decided to import cotton from Tajkistan through Afghanistan. It was a crucial decision,because the situation in Afghanistan was dangerous.Because of Several Warlords, Check points and robbers, it became a risk.
At that time in Kandhar. A case appeared that a commander of pashtun group had  raped a boy and kill him after his rape.
Similar activites like this were also took place in other areas of Afghanistan, including rape of girls and killing.
Many of Afghanis were started to move Pakistan in order to do study in several madrasas. A group of students were also doing their studies in the Madrassa of Moulana Fazal Ur Rehman in Quetta.
These students were from Afganistan also.
They studied their and they were very tensed about the condition of their country.
Their tension and anger rose up when they listen the news of raped kid in Kandhar.
They decided to make a group.
Basically, they were students and in Urdu and Arabic language the word which is used for student is TALIB ILAM(طالب علم). So they named them self Taliban.
The leader who was leading them was named as Mullah Umar.

So they made their group they get a lot of soviet catched weapons,bombs and missiles.

Their first mission was to eliminate that commander who raped that the kid and kill him, and they do the same.

With this they got respect from lots of afghan tribes they started to eliminate the warlords and robbers who were the main cause of destablization of Afghanistan.

In their start they not in main stream and only a few people know them.

So, when Pakistani Government decided to import cotton from Tajkistan, it was a group of 30 trucks full of cotton coming from Tajkistan

They were stopped at a check point and drivers were got kidnapped by the pashtuns.At that time Pakistan,s interior minister was a retired major general Nasrullah khan Babar.

Baber was informed that trucks are attacked and drivers are kidnapped.He didn,t know that what to do.The same Moulana Fazal Ur Rehman was the allie of Benazir Bhutto,s government.He shared with Baber about the Talibans.

So, that was the first time when ISI talked with Talibans and ask them to help them in order to rescue the drivers and trucks.

Taliban did the same,they attacked the kidnappers and saved the drivers along with the trucks.

So Basically, it is nOt True that Pakistan had made the Talibans but we can say that Pakistan get them to the main stream.
